Justin has leveraged his highly decorated military career as a Unit Commander to deliver the kind of services and products he wished he had available for each operational unit he served . Justin's Multi-Disciplined Leadership brings a standard of service that is unlike no other. He has relevant operational experience partnering with Government Agencies like DHS, DOD, FEMA, USACE and local City, County, and State Government Agencies to get projects done right and on-time. Once jobs are awarded he is on-site as the Senior Project Manager to oversee every detail of the project ensuring excellence is delivered and clients are satisfied.
Justin and his team at MCS have extensive First Responder experience deploying to every major hurricane since Hurricane Katrina. Currently, MCS has teams on the ground assisting recovery efforts for the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene and Milton.
Justin's previous accomplishments include earning the senior most enlisted rank of Master Chief/ E-9 within the Coast Guard. A position less than 1% of the total enlisted workforce achieve. More impressive he earned the trust and confidence of the United States Coast Guard to command his own operational unit as the Officer in Charge multiple times.
As the Unit Commander and Senior Law Enforcement Officer, Justin skillfully directed all daily operations and missions within a 3,150 square mile area of responsibility. Provided effective leadership, training, and development for a team consisting of 200 Active, Reserve and Auxiliary personnel including the oversight of all federal law enforcement cases, search and rescue missions and joint-agency operations. He effectively managed and maintained six aging facilities at a 10-acre Coast Guard base with over $10M in surface rescue and law enforcement assets.
Justin has held numerous Director and Executive Director positions both on ships at-sea and on shore-based rescue bases. Justin effectively mitigated high-risk missions and achieved operational success resulting in the resolution of over 1070 Search and Rescue cases and directly contributing to saving or assisting 167 lives and protecting $9.1M in property.
Justin's operational experience resulted in much recognition including earning the Meritorious Service Medal, three Coast Guard Commendation Medals, two Coast Guard Achievement Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, a Presidential Unit Citation, amongst numerous other personal and team awards and medals.
